I use the Anker and Off Trek Grid solar panel daily. Today, I baked a cake in an electric frypan using power from the Anker only. I can prepare meals in the crockpot or frypan, toaster, etc. using the Anker. It's terrific severing my ties (even just a little) with dependence on the electricity in my home!
